The Art of Healing

  When we think of plants and nature, it is amazing to think that their source of energy is the sun.  I think light and the sun is very symbolic and can provide us the sanctity we need in times of struggle.  Have you ever noticed when you are laying in the sun and you feel it's rays, it brings you peace?  I imagine the sun healing me when I feel upset or tired and allow myself to be looked after by it's warmth.

Looking for Heaven on Earth

Sometimes when things get tough, I find that Nature helps.  But, sometimes it is very difficult to find that inner peace when there is so much clouding over us.  Deadlines, worries, household duties and so on...  So I thought maybe I could try making my own little heaven here in my blog.  A place to escape and just view things that are remarkable out there.
